iTero® Intra-Oral Digital Scanner

At Valerian Orthodontics, we understand that the art and science of Orthodontics is constantly evolving and we embrace the latest technologies to ensure we consistently provide the highest level of care. We are very excited to announce that we have purchased the latest model of the iTero® intra-oral digital scanner. The iTero® allows Dr. Tavakoli to take digital scans that produce highly accurate, three-dimensional digital images of each individual’s teeth and soft tissues. This often negates the need for traditional impressions, which tend to be unpleasant for some patients.

An additional benefit of this technology is that Invisalign’s Outcome Simulator uses the scans from the iTero® to predict results, allowing patients’ to see what their teeth will look like at the completion of treatment. Our goal is to make sure that you achieve your beautiful smile in the most comfortable and efficient means possible and we are willing to go the extra mile to make this possible.
